Player cast bar has disappeared since patch

With today's update to Burning Crusade classic the player cast bar has disappeared on my current profiles. The target cast bar is working just fine. Moreover, what is odd is if I create a new profile the cast bar is shown. Options for the cast bar are identical between the old and new profiles, but cast bar is only shown on a new profile
