Hi, I've been on break from WoW for a few months and just returned recently. I updated Luna from v4190 to v4270 and I noticed the power bars had switched to being vertical, I went to the options and saw that the vertical toggle doesn't seem to be working.

I backtracked my version until reaching v4210 where the problem went away, so it seems to have been introduced in v4220. I tried disabling all addons and the issue persisted, so it doesn't seem to be an addon conflict. I also tried a new WTF folder with all addon settings reset to default and the issue persisted, so it's not a corrupted config file.
