I have a Feature Request, if it is possible and you have the time/willing to do it.

An Option to add the name of the targeting Player(s) to the Bar itselft in addition to the tooltip. With an option to place it on the left (growing to the left if more as 1 Player are targeting) and to the right, growing to the right. If possible with the player Name in Class Color and an option to cap how many names are listed.

I'm not quite sure how that would scale - even just a few names would be really verbose. I.e it would cover the entire screen in a raid if everyone is targeting the same enemy. What I could see is the ability to show names targeting enemies if there's just a few of them (i.e who's not targeting the correct enemy at a glance).
