basically what the title say, there was an option that did clear a waypoint after you arrived near it before the rebranding of the addon.

that feature is implemented! There is a bug atm, that when the tracker is closed the distance tracking and therefore the auto-remove isn't working. That will be fixed in the version 3.1.0
