Have the check box checked, reloaded UI on confirmation. Cannot resize with the slider or the corner icon.
(am using bartender and have not had any UI breaks with previous version).
Also tried to go back to a previous version and scaling is somehow not working with 1.10.0 or 1.10.1

sneekee mods was overriding. issue closed. mapster working as intended.
