When using the 'Zoomed' skin, the GCD sweep animation does not fully cover the icon. In the linked gifs, you can see a sliver of the icon not being covered at the top. This happens even with default UI / normal scaling / no other addons or icons installed.

Reverting back to 9.2.7 fixes this issue.
