Update Aura Button Regions

In 10.0..5, Aura buttons no longer have separate button templates for debuffs and temporary enchants. Instead, two new texture regions have been added for their respective borders.

Add support for the following Aura button regions:

  • DebuffBorder
  • TempEnchantBorder (Referenced by Masque as EnchantBorder)
  • Remove Live -> PTR compatibilty code
