Add options and the relevant API to disable the new animations introduced in 10.1.5.

  • Spell Alert: Select None, Flash and Loop, Loop Only
  • Cast Bar: Toggle
  • Cooldown: Toggle (Disabled by Blizzard)
  • Interrupt: Toggle
  • Add a work around for the visual scaling of spell alerts during the transition between the start and loop animations.
