Description

Currently, the Cooldown Swipe color setting doesn't work with skins that are square or don't provide a proper texture.

Note: This is a side effect of attempting to replace square textures with color textures, which was never implemented for the Cooldown region since it causes some inconsistent color issues. So while the texture itself still exists, the code to use it was removed.

Solution

• Add back the code for the square swipe texture.
