Merathilis UI not working after I updated ElvUI today for Retail WoW

What is the issue you are having?
I updated ElvUI using Tukui Client. Went into the game and noticed that the upper game bar was missing from MerathilisUI. I went to the ElvUI options in the menu to reinstall Merathilis and I can no longer see MerathilisUI as an option to click on anywhere. I reinstalled everything (I've used this for a couple of months) step by step, and MerathilisUI is still not popping up the install window. It's not on the right side of the elvui options window either.
What is the expected behavior?
Not sure, it's always worked flawlessly. I started right after I updated today. Never had this problem before.
What actually happened?
- I updated ElvUI
- Logged in to play the game
- Noticed the game bar on the top of the screen and the MerathilisUI option is missing from ElvUI
- Did a full wipe, deleted my WTF and Interface folder
- Attempted to reinstall ElvUI then Merathilis from scratch. Nothing, no Merathilis install window pops up, nothing.

- I have confirmed that I have read the Changelog and done the Troubleshooting Steps.
- I have disabled all addons except the AddOns called 'ElvUI' and 'ElvUI OptionsUI' and 'ElvUI_MerathilisUI' by using
/muidebug on? This is important in order to rule out that any of your other addons are causing the issue. If you manage to pinpoint a conflict between ElvUI and/or MerathilisUI and another addon, make sure you include that information. - I have verfied my issue doesn't exist in the default UI.
- I gave you information above on which XPack i play Classic, WotLK or Retail.
