The addon post messages to the general window regardless of what's chosen in the options. Toggling "Do not intercept following messages" brings everything to normal and messages start respecting chat window settings again.

Exists on Live and Beta.

I remember the old version of the addon had an option to specify what frame messages get dumped at. I am going to re-add this in the next update. :)
