It seems like dragonflight has two types of mystery vignettes: Random spawning resource nodes and fixed renown NPCs.

Would it be possible to hide the icons of the renown NPCs? Because they often overlap other icons (e.g. quest markers).
Since their locations are fixed it should be possible to filter them by coordinates, right?
