Looking for a new option to set the tooltip model to only show for selected areas of the interdace.

For example, I would love to be able to have this only appear for the adventure guide loot. As it stands you can either have this off, and have to individually check each item with the default viewer (as it auto-closes) or have it on and have it pop up everywhere.

Some people may prefer the tooltip model only work for gear in their bags, or while searching the A/H if they dislike the default viewer. But I am certain that no-one is looking to see it pop-up in their equipped gear (the model shows the original gear, not the trasmogged state after all.
