This is a enhancement/feature request for the stand-by DKP feature.

During a raid, when a boss is killed, Monolith would automatically sends a message to the guild chat via the raid leader or master looter asking members to claim their standby DKP by replying with a message in the guild chat or tell like: !standby or !standby main name. Only members who reply to the message in time (i.e. 60-120 sec) receive standby DKP.

Goal of this feature is a more flexible/comfortable standby list management while promoting agile roster adjustments during a raid. Raid members can easily swap between bosses and have a simple way to immediately claim standby DKP for the next boss without an officer having to micromanage the standby list. Additionally this feature acts as a verification for the standby list and eliminates the need for officers to verify if players on the standby list were actually stand by. The "alt support" feature allows members missing out on the raid to invest time in something enjoyable or farm i.e. herbs on a dedicated gathering alt.

Ideally the feature would be controlled with three settings:
add a setting to enable the "standby announcement" feature.
add a setting to allow members to add themselves to the the standby list via tell.
add a setting to allow for "alt support" if "standby announcement" is turned on.

additional considerations and comments:
Ideally the DKP history should mark or separate players who received DKP from this feature to allow for a quick review. Maybe the stand-by list view should show who added a player to the list i.e. if it was an officer or the player itself.

Only players who were added to the DKP roster/list should be able to add themselves to the stand-by list. Some people would probably welcome a minimum guild rank permission for this feature to exclude trials or further restrict the usage.

the alt support feature could be abusable. I'm not sure if this was available in the past, it just seems like an okay idea. It might be possible that this merging was done in the web DKP portion if the player had linked their alts to a main. Players could also swap back to their main really quick to claim the standby DKP.

Ideally this feature would automatically award the raid completion bonus if a member was present for i.e. 8/10 bosses in a raid, swap with another player and claimed dkp for the last two bosses via the stand-by system.

This was a popular feature during vanilla in one of the most commonly used eqdkp-plus addons.

Framework for this added in 1.6.0. Stipulations noted are not part of it, yet. Simply gives a 2 minute window after a boss kill for members to add themselves to standby w/ !standby (or !standby main_name if on an alt. Command must be in guild chat). If auto award dkp is selected, will award them after the 2 minutes expires. The list is wiped clear as soon as the boss dies so it'll require everyone to reapply themselves to the list after each boss. Once this feature has been used enough and weeded out of any possible bugs, I can implement additional features to it. So let me know if you have issues.
