I'm sorry to open up an "issue" for this, since it's not really an issue, .. I fail to find any information on how standby dkp works.

I can see "!standby" in the code, that's it.

I'd love to see the feature as:

• Raid leader starts the raid.
• Standby players have a certain amount of time to "sign up" as standby, by (f.e.) wispering "!standby" to an officer
• Addon adds them to the standby list for that raid.

There is a check box in the modes window for stand by opt in. After a boss kill the standby list is cleared and the raid leader messages to guild chat to use the command if on standby. They have 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes, if auto award dkp is on, it gives those on the list their dkp

I haven't personally used it. It was written on a request so I didn't elaborate much on the functionality beyond what was requested. I may be able to expand on it.

I think he is asking for them to auto-add people that whisper !standby to the standby list, so the raid leader or officers don't have to manually add them. If not it is something I would like at least, lol.

Ok, yeah what @DoomeD1982 says is what I hoped it was.

An auto sign up would be very neat. The rest of the feature can be the same, standby players confirm they're presence every boss kill to get standby dkp.

In addition to the above comments, would it be possible to have the ability to set standby DKP lower than what is given to the raid. We have it setup for 50% of what is normally earned but it requires manual adjustment.
