We had just recently switched master looters for Blackwing Lair and this bug appeared. We do a modified roll for items where dkp is added when a raider clicks the "roll" button when bidding has started.

Most raiders were reporting that the UI for bidding popped up 2-3 minutes after bidding was initiated.
