Textrue Background does not change when change the "Statusbar Texture" in Options

The Texture Background does not change when select a different Statusbar Texture!
Moreover change the Texture or even open the Options Panel without an error, only works if any other Addon with LSM Registered Textures is active (like ElvUI) but does not with Default UI #9
