Please consider having the "Muted Sounds" dropdown extend the full length of the options window. The reason I request this is that I would like to use the name of the sound file as the "nickname" for my entries, and even something as short as worgenfemale_emotesniff_02.ogg gets cutoff.

At least with how the UI is designed right now, it seems that the drop down could take up the entire width and not cause any issues while being a lot more useful.
