Method dungeon tools

I cant get the app to open in game at all I have uninstalled it over and over it shows on my mini map I do the /MDT - /METHODDUNGEONTOOLS - and one more nothing pulls the map up or opens it at all … I was in a mythic I opened it and tried to move it over to my other screen and it went away and now I cant get it back
