Allow for an option to reduce the alpha of the MDT window when in combat.

I often want to use the route I've planned while in the dungeon and this would be much easier if I didn't have to constantly open and close MDT. A slider might be nice for fade out but if not even setting it to .4 in combat using the PLAYER_REGEND_ENABLED and PLAYER_REGEN_DISABLED attributes would be a huge boon. (Unless someone else has a better idea for implementation. I'm very new at this.)
