Not really. Masque requires icons to be buttons (in the terms of wow api, this is special frame type with the ability to handle clicks). Unfortunately, moving dozens of buttons around the screen (like nameplatecooldowns does) causes huge fps drops. I could make some tricks to reduce performance impact, but I cannot negate this impact. I have spent a time trying to implement Masque support, but currently I don't know how to make it lightweight.
