Please please add an option to change the icon on specific buffs/debuffs. It would be extremely helpful as many of my macros have different icons from spell's native icon.

Sorry, this feature will not be implemented. I don't think such feature has any use in nameplate aura tracking addon; the simplicity of aura recognition is crucial.
