Describe the bug

• There are no spells shown in the "Spells" tab. When i hit "Click to select a spell" nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/nc in chat window'
2. Click on '"Spells" menu'
3. Scroll down to 'nil'
4. See error

Expected behavior
I expected a list of spells from which i could choose what i wanted to be shown / not be shown.

EDIT: I did not know the spell menu could not be shown with test mode enabled. Sorry for not checking that first...
