Describe the feature you'd like to be implemented
There's no way to change the frame's strata, and it's annoying because my nameplate and other nameplate enhancing addons are all at MEDIUM strata. This addon seems to place them at BACKGROUND. This makes it impossible to se the cooldowns when they run into other UI elements like party bars or weakauras.

Also, I tried setting every frame I found in the source to NCFrame:SetFrameStrata("MEDIUM") to achieve this manually, but it did not seem to adhere to this setting.
