I discovored that the CDs are kinda bugged. They seem to tick a bit slower than real seconds.
I use NameplateCooldowns but also OmniBar.
For example: When an enemy Warrior uses Spellreflect, both Addons start with 25 sek CD but NameplateCooldowns ist always 2-3 seconds too late. They can activate the ability again although this addon still shows me 2 sec CD.
