A very usefull addon for wow classic, Nova Spell Rank Checker https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/nova-spell-rank-checker, that checks the rank of spells in actionbars
Unfortunately its not skinned in NDui colors :(
If you can skin it I would be super happy :D
