don't manage already hidden frames

check visibility initially and add to exclude if already hidden when we're about to do it

I'd love to see this one also. Disabling the addon, managing the buttons, then re-enabling it just reshows all the buttons.

Please make this one a priority. If the minimap icon is selected to be hidden, it should stay hidden
