Request: Give the rested XP indicator on the XP bar a 2nd decimal place

The first decimal place covers 10% of a level which is a decent amount of time so I'd prefer to see a 2nd decimal place (0.12 rested levels instead of 0.1). I used to change this manually in code after you fixed the issue with it not rounding a while back but haven't for a while and I can't remember what to change now.
