Auto-select for the rep bar isn't consistently switching to the latest received rep

It sometimes switches, it sometimes doesn't, I haven't figured out a pattern yet.
Hrm, for me it has been pretty accurate. I'll take a look again and see what I can figure out
One example, if it helps. I had it set to Auto-Select and did some Legion WQs, the last quest I turned in gave me Highmountain and Wardens rep and it ended up at Wardens. I then turned in the emissary for Highmountain, got 1500 Highmountain rep, but it stayed on Wardens.
