Keybinds are not visually showing if icon is placed in them. If icon is removed blank grid shows keybinding.

This is odd. Can you confirm in the bar editor window that you have the option for showing keybinds checked? And if so maybe tey toggling it back and forth

Same here, I see the keybinds (although they're pretty faint) on buttons that don't have icons, but any with icons have lost their keybind. This is even apparent when editing the keybinds, the button to the left of 8 should show a 7:
