Can't add heath potions to bars.

Can you give me more context? I can definitely drag health potions to my bars. I have multiple health and mana pots on there right now

Superior Healing Potion wont add to bar, when dragged to a button the button glow but not add.
also some food won't add either like Rockscale Cod Level 25 food. but other foods will add fine
