When binding itemslots (such as trinket 1 / trinket 2, or cloak) with /use # the Action Button doesn't show the corresponding items cooldown.
Is it possible to make it so that it does?

Hrm it should. It might be a bug. I'm traveling international atm, but I'll look at it once im back home

Confirmed, /use itemname works fine, /use 14 doesn't.

Since it's probably related I'll mention here that I'm seeing the same thing with vehicle/override/etc bars, the abilities always appear to be available rather than greying out and showing a cooldown.

I am also having the same issue to confirm.
