Cannot discard items with Neuron enabled

Issue description:

When neuron is enabled I cannot discard items by dragging outside a bag, nor by clicking an item in my bag and then clicking outside the bag.

How to reproduce:

2 options

  1. click item in bag
  2. click outside bag

or

  1. drag item in bag to outside bag

Expected: item prompts to discard
Actual: item unselects

Technical info:

  • Addon Version: commit 840e865
  • Client: Retail
  • Client Patch Version: 10.0.2

Additional context:

No errors are thrown.
This happens with JUST Neuron enabled.
I tried a /framestack with and without Neuron enabled, I don't see any additional frame that might be interfering.
