Mergable Global Profile

When enabled, would allow bars created to be assigned to the current profile or the global profile.
When enabled, bars from both the current and the global profile would be displayed.

Additional context

Reasoning was bars for utilities / mounts / toys, such as hearthstones, mailbox toys, etc that would be used on all or most characters. Currently I'm directly editing the savedvariables file to copy bars between.
