flyout button bugged out on me

i was trying to make a flyout for poisons that went in the direction i wanted instead of going left and something went horribly wrong as it threw up an error and set the bar to having no buttons listed on it and unable to add buttons to the bar. if i delete the bar, my errors go away but if i make a new bar or put more buttons on another bar it just loads the offending bugged button onto the bar and breaks that bar. if i dont delete it i can make a new bar and add buttons to the new bar just fine. i'm not entirely sure what i put in to break it, but the error report i get for this is
