Newly created bars shouldn't be totally empty, when a newly created bar is made, it should have at least 1 button.

Newly created bag bars should have all 5 buttons by default. Newly created Extra and Zone bars should both have their button by default. A newly created menubar should have all 11 buttons by default.

Lastly, newly created status buttons should have a default "type" like "xp" or something.
