1. It is not possible to Hide Statusbar and Bagbar.

2. I Dont figure out how i can create a Statusbar if i delete the Default one?

I think there's a bug in the visibility options for bag and status bars.

To create a new status bar, go to the bar editor and press "create new" (or whatever it is) and select status bar. Then once you have the bar, open the button editor and assign it a type, and set your desired settings.
