[Bug] Guild commissions/reagents columns become corrupted after going to Patrons tab and back

If you go to the Patron tab and then the Guild tab, the Commission and Reagents columns in Guild copy the entries of the Patrons tab. (The recipes in question were DF recipes, but I'm unsure if this matters.)

This was fixed by the release made as I was making this.
