I am using version 6.0.4 but I can't get the finishing effect to work with spells that recharge. ie: Monk's roll and Moonkin's Starsurge/Starfall. Is it a bug or am I not configuring Omnicc correctly?

This is actually intended. It should only fire when it becomes available.

Hi,

My Starsurge/Starfall has 3 charges.
What currently happens is that, I would use up all 3 charges all at once, then let the ability charges up to full/3, and there's no finishing effect with any of the 3 recharges.
Roll has the same issue too.

I am not sure about other abilities tho.
