OmniCC weird flashing

Since patch 4.1 I'm noticing a weird flashing behaviour with OmniCC. It seems to take up too much space.

I've posted the bug on the Battle.net forums. There's not much I can do about it until Blizzard fixes the issue on their end:

Well, this is still present in 4.2
