OmniCC CD text is no longer displayed on Elvui unitframes, after a loading screen (/reload or any other loading screen)

Give us a clear and concise description of the problem, and what you expect to happen
Hello, this one should be pretty simple to understand and reproduce, basically if you are using the Elvui unitframes (party, raid,etc..) and you do a /reload, after the reload the CD text from Omnicc is no longer displayed. Doesn't matter if its combat or not.

Screenshots can help quite a bit.
Before reload, it works perfectly, as intended:

Do you have any steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Have Elvui (preferably latest version 12.05 or later) with unitframes enable, go to dungeon finder and create a group, so you're in party now to display the frames and the latest version of OmniCC.
  2. Make sure you have buffs/debuff enabled in Elvui unitframes options and preferably you don't have any filters for them.
  3. Use some spells that would give you a buff/debuff and observe how the cd for them should be displayed properly by OmniCC on them.
  4. Do a /reload
  5. After the reload, use again some spells that would give you some buffs/debuffs and observe how the CD text for them is no longer displayed, as previous.

Note: This problem is not new (because of the latest Elvui version or anything like that), this problem dates back since BFA at least, it's when I switched to Elvui and notice this problem, but for some reason I didn't submit the problem back then.
It doesn't really have to be /reload, any loading screen usually counts too, cuz I've seen this problem pretty often when spamming mythic+.

Are you getting any error messages?
Nope. I use bugsack/buggrabber and I don't get any lua errors.

What version of OmniCC are you running?

A lot, but I've tried this issue with just OmniCC and Elvui, and it still happens.

Still happens even with the lastest Elvui/OmniCC versions.

/sigh, Well at least I know its different than the flickering issue now :)
