ElvUI buffwatch trigger misfire

Give us a clear and concise description of the problem, and what you expect to happen
The aura (buff/debuff) triggers on Party and Raidframes don't work 100% with Omnicc using ElvUI. It is basically the same Problem as Post #340. But it also happens if you have a lot of buff/debuffs up at the same time. E.g. playing druid you can reproduce it easily. At some point one trigger will misfire and from there on one aura will stay broken most of the time but not consistent. On your party frame there will be one aura that does not show a CD timer but it will not always be the same and not even be on the same player it will move around during the fight. E.g. on the screenshot below you can see a misfire on the rejuv on mamentrix the hunter. If the fight would have gone on the next rejuv on mamentrix could have been fine but then lifebloom on the tank would break and so on.

Do you have any steps to reproduce this issue?

Play a class with a lot of hots, go in a group an start applying as much as you can. After a while it will start to break. It happens sooner if you are in combat.

Are you getting any error messages?

There are no lua errors thrown.

This should be fixed in the latest version
