DH Blur is listed as Sigil of misery

When you hover over Blur for havoc DH, it's listed as Sigil of Misery.

OmniCC doesn’t modify tooltips, so likely a different add on

Seems like i only get this on my vengeance demon hunter and have a havoc in party. It doesn't happen on other characters.
