I'm always frustrated when literally all my action bars start ticking CC cooldown text when I get sheeped or feared. I've stitched together a professional look for my ElvUI with Omni CC, and I'm currently utilizing this workaround:

• In OmniCC you go to themes > Color & Scale > Scroll down to the very bottom and slide lost control text size to 0%
• This prevents every Button ticking when you’re sheeped

However, there is another variation of "Loss of Control" and that is "Lock Out." Lock Out is for Pummel, Kick and Counterspell. Soooo ALL of your bars in that spell class will tick, even if they can’t go onto CD. Technically, the only "workaround" for this is to make a custom OmniCC profile, per character that only procs ticks on certain action bar buttons ... so that's not happeneing

We need a Lock Out in Color and Scale, to put an end to this horror story. Again, my UI is "stitched together," but if we could slide Lock Out text size to 0% so all those buttons don't start ticking that'd be great.

It's a bug. This should've been handled a long time ago. The GDC, the auto wand not working like auto shot, the unending spinning of action bars is unacceptable. Here is my workaround to get rid of ALL action bar spinning:

• What you end up doing is doing all the “work” on a theme with “Cooldown Opacity” set to 0%
• Typography: 2002 Bold, Thick, 29
• Color & Scale Notes:
  • 100%/White for most the settings, 57.8%/Gray for hour, 0% Loss control
• THEN on the Default theme you disable cooldown text and set the Cooldown Opacity to 100%

Additional context

For /framestack, ElvUI_BarPet doesn't work and you actually have to add the individual action bars, so PetActionButton4, PetActionButton5, PetActionButton6, PetActionButton7 for Dash and Prowl and things of that nature.
