Give us a clear and concise description of the problem, and what you expect to happen
When i set finish effect to flare (or any effect) and the min duration to 0, the preview window shows what I want but the action bars dont.
I am using default action bars, and even tried setting it in the Rules just in case for ActionButton, MultiAction, etc. No change. Oddly enough it works with weak aura icons

Just default OmniCC install, set finishing effect for defaults to flare, 0 for minimum threshold. Preview window shows what I want, but action bars wont

Tried with all addons but OmniCC disabled. No change
