When i was done Setting up my UI for Omni. i tried entering a pvp Battleground. When i hit the join battleground button (or the search button what ever you call it) it tells me that omniCC is using specific UI's that only the blizzard UI can use. Please help me out on this one i love omniCC

There is really not much I can do here. You probably got the Dialog popups corrupted, it's a known blizzard issue blaming addons that show popups.
