I can't test much because EU is down atm but I've been getting lots of reports that the spiral is missing on my buttons, as I use OmniCC for that, I assume it has to be fixed there. The problem seems to be that cooldowns don't inherit alpha properly.

Ahh, ok, so the problem is not regarding the text showing or not, but with the spiral.

Well, now it uses SetSwipeColor. Yet, unless there is some weird behaviour when you try to use setalpha, the previous implementation simply caused the spiral opacity setting not to work.
I don't think this is going to solve your issue.

Well, I checked SUF, one of the addons people said was not working, and the spirals do not show even with OmniCC disabled.
