Can we have the inverse of the below feature:

Automatically Hide Icons - When a cooldown is used, its icon will be added to the bar. After it's complete, it will be hidden automatically.

I want icons to be added to the bar when cooldown is available, and to automatically hide once it's been used. Ideally we would also have an option to show an icon a few seconds before cooldown is available again.
