TBC - Shadowstep not being tracked if the rogue uses it in stealth (Gladdy still tracks it)

As the title says, have noticed that Omnibar doesn't show Shadowstep CD if it's used from stealth. It's being tracked on Gladdy even when used from stealth, so I guess there should be some way to do it.
