Omnibar doesnt load in any pvp

I have used the addon before without issue. Now though i can setup the addon and test it fine, but then it just never shows anything in pvp. Ive tried deleting from the wtf folder and re installing it. I try setting it so it tracks individual arena enemies. Nothing seems to work.

Found the issue for me to be a weak aura for rotations that was blocking it.
